Reed diffusers are a stylish and maintenance-free way to fill any space with a refined scent for a long time. The high-quality rattan sticks absorb the scented oil from the glass diffuser and subtly and evenly disperse it into the air. They serve both as a fragrance diffuser and a decorative element.

Place the rattan sticks in the glass diffuser with the scented oil. The sticks absorb the oil and continuously spread the fragrance in the room. To increase the scent intensity, you can turn the sticks weekly. Note: frequent turning may shorten the lifespan of the oil. The intensity of the fragrance sticks is also determined by the number of sticks you use. The fewer sticks you use, the less intense the scent. Additionally, the contents of your diffuser will last longer when you use fewer sticks.

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

The lifespan depends on factors such as content, temperature, and humidity, but on average, they spread their scent for up to 12 weeks. For an optimal scent experience, do not turn the sticks more than once a week and place the diffuser out of direct sunlight, not in a draft, and not close to a heating element. The number of sticks you use also affects the longevity. The more sticks you put in the diffuser, the faster you need to refill the contents.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.
