Step 1
Remove the fragrance sticks from the packaging and twist off the cap. Make sure not to place the fragrance sticks in a warm environment.
Step 2
Place the wooden sticks (included) in the bottle and wait twelve hours for the sticks to absorb the scent and disperse throughout the entire area. Once the sticks are in the bottle, you can screw the black cap back on.
Step 3
Turn the sticks once a week for optimal fragrance. Depending on the number of sticks you place in the diffuser, you can determine the fragrance intensity.

How long does the reed diffuser last?
Up to 6 weeks on average. It depends on the number of reeds, the temperature and the humidity. Fewer reeds give a softer scent that lasts longer.
How do I make the scent stronger or softer?
Add more reeds for a stronger scent, or take a few out for a softer one. Turning the reeds over gives a scent boost, but do this no more than once a week.
Where is the best place to put it?
Out of direct sunlight, away from draughts and not right next to a radiator. For a large room, choose the 515 ml or the 2500 ml.
Can I refill the bottle?
Yes, with the 985 ml Istanbul refill. Replace the reeds as well for the best scent.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 10 pm are processed the same day.
