        How to use

        Stap 1

        Remove the used sticks from the holder and throw them away (they have already released their scent and no longer work optimally).

        Stap 2

        Rinse the holder briefly with warm water and let it dry completely, so that old residues do not affect the new scent.

        Stap 3

        Carefully pour the refill liquid into the holder, up to about ¾ full (not all the way to the edge).

        Stap 4

        Place a set of new, dry sticks in the holder so they can absorb the liquid well and evenly distribute the scent.

        Stap 5

        Tip: occasionally turn the sticks to refresh the scent intensity.

        What payment options are available?

        When will my package be shipped?

        Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.

        After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.

        That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping from €50, below this amount a shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
