We offer a variety of payment options that allow you to check out securely through our partner Mollie. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.
To place an order, you add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.
If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.
That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer this for free starting from €50; below this amount, shipping costs of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
We've been manufacturing skincare and fragrance products since 1895. We do not use chemicals such as parabens, mineral oil and phthalate in our products and we design it for the whole family and every skin type to use.
