        GRATIS Fiber sticks voor geurstokjes - 120ml

        Ich habe eine große Nachfüllflasche gekauft. Nachdem ich mindestens schon 10 normale Duftspender gekauft habe, wollte ich nun die Fläschchen nachfüllen, deshalb die große Flasche. Dazu benötigt man jedoch auch neue Stäbchen. Die gibt es jedoch nicht kostenlos. 1 Päckchen 5 Stück kostet über 3€. Meine Nachfrage kostenlosen Ersatz zu bekommen, wurde abgelehnt. Bei Amazon habe ich dann 100 Stck. für 4.95€ bestellt. Der Duft phantastisch, kleinkariert und überhaupt nicht Kundenorientiert das Unternehmen!

        What payment options are available?

        We offer a variety of payment options that allow you to pay securely through our partner Mollie. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
        How can I request an invoice for my order?

        When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
        How do I place an order?

        To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
        When will my package be shipped?

        Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.
        What happens after I have placed an order?

        After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
        How can I track my package?

        As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.
        What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

        Is there free shipping?

        That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping from €50, below this amount a shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
