Discover the enchanting scent of Hemp Leaves, where the earthy aroma of hemp and green leaves blends with warm wood and resin notes. A hint of coffee and tobacco adds depth, while incense, agarwood, and oud create a relaxing and earthy fragrance experience.

The wooden sticks absorb the scent of the special blend with essential oils and diffuse it into the air. These Bâtonnets Parfumés last on average 8 to 10 weeks.

How to use

Stap 1

Remove the fragrance sticks from the packaging and twist off the cap. Make sure not to place the fragrance sticks in a warm environment.

Stap 2

Place the wooden sticks (included) in the bottle and wait twelve hours for the sticks to absorb the scent and disperse throughout the entire area. Once the sticks are in the bottle, you can screw the black cap back on.

Stap 3

Turn the sticks once a week for optimal fragrance. Depending on the number of sticks you place in the diffuser, you can determine the fragrance intensity.

Nog niet in gebruik, is een kerstcadeau. Wel jammer dat het doosje waarin de geurstokjes en het flesje zaten opengevallen was. De verpakking was volledig open. Hopelijk is er niets tekort want wij hebben geen ervaring met deze aankoop.

J'ai acheté le même produit au therme de Spa il était beaucoup plus parfumé que celui que je vous ai commandé dommage !!!! Par contre vous deviez mettre un échantillon dans le colis et je n'ai rien reçu.

Ik had voorheen de istanbul en wou een iets frissere geur. Helaas ruik je de hemp leaves enkel als je heel kort bij de geurstokjes staat, terwijl de instanbul zeer sterk aanwezig is ongeacht waar het staat in de woonkamer. Dus minder tevreden over de Hemp Leaves.

What are reed diffusers?

Reed diffusers are a stylish and maintenance-free way to fill any space with a refined scent for a long time. The high-quality rattan sticks absorb the scented oil from the glass diffuser and subtly and evenly disperse it into the air. They serve both as a fragrance diffuser and a decorative element.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do the reed diffusers from Atelier Rebul work?

Place the rattan sticks in the glass diffuser with the scented oil. The sticks absorb the oil and continuously spread the fragrance in the room. To increase the scent intensity, you can turn the sticks weekly. Note: frequent turning may shorten the lifespan of the oil. The intensity of the fragrance sticks is also determined by the number of sticks you use. The fewer sticks you use, the less intense the scent. Additionally, the contents of your diffuser will last longer when you use fewer sticks.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

How long do the reed diffusers last?

The lifespan depends on factors such as content, temperature, and humidity, but on average, they spread their scent for up to 12 weeks. For an optimal scent experience, do not turn the sticks more than once a week and place the diffuser out of direct sunlight, not in a draft, and not close to a heating element. The number of sticks you use also affects the longevity. The more sticks you put in the diffuser, the faster you need to refill the contents.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.
