Then apply your perfume to your wrists, neck, behind your ears, and/or the inside of your elbows. Make sure to dab the perfume and not rub it, as that can change the scent.

What makes Atelier Rebul's Eau de Parfum unique?

The perfumes from Atelier Rebul are crafted with a high concentration of carefully selected scents, providing a long-lasting and refined fragrance experience. Each perfume has a complex composition, with top notes that immediately stand out, heart notes that shape the character, and deep base notes that linger for a long time. This makes the perfumes perfect for enhancing your personal style and identity.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do I apply Eau de Parfum correctly?

Apply the perfume to the pulse points of your body, such as the wrists, behind the ears, the neck, and the inside of your elbows. These warm areas help the scent to be released subtly throughout the day. For optimal effect, you can first apply our hand and body lotion so that the fragrance lasts longer. Preferably, do not spray directly on clothing or other textiles to avoid stains.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

Does Eau de Parfum have an expiration date?

Although perfumes do not have a strict expiration date, the scent can change due to exposure to heat, light, and air. Store your perfume in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original packaging, to maintain its quality. Generally, Eau de Parfum remains optimal for 3-5 years.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.

That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer this for free starting from €50; below this amount, shipping costs of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
