How to use

Stap 1

Straighten the wick before lighting the candle. Never place the candle on or near objects that can catch fire.

Stap 2

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting and remove the charred end of the wick. This prevents black smoke and soot formation and ensures a clean, even burn.

Stap 3

It is recommended not to burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Stap 4

Tip: When burning for the first time, let the entire top layer of the candle melt away.

Mooie producten, maar de gratis shopper zat er niet bij wat heel teleurstellend was. Wanneer er promotie is haar de actie uitvoeren en niet alleen klanten lokken om te verkopen. Producten zijn ook niet goedkoop hé.

I want to add an important detail. When I first purchased their products at Thermes de Spa, I received a signature lighter as a gift along with generous samples. It was a beautiful gesture that instantly created a strong emotional connection with the brand. However, when ordering from the online store, I unfortunately received neither a lighter nor any interesting samples. This is a nuance the marketing team should truly pay attention to. Customers like me value luxury, aesthetics, and emotional gestures just as much as the fragrances themselves. I invest in the atmosphere of my home no less than renowned fashion houses invest in their collections. Atelier Rebul is a brand I love with all my heart. And I will continue buying their scents again and again because they make my life richer, more beautiful, and more comfortable. And yes, I genuinely hope my sincere admiration will be heard.

What are scented candles?

Scented candles combine atmospheric lighting with refined fragrances that enrich your home and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our candles are made from plant-based soy wax and have a cotton wick for a clean and even burn.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do I correctly burn a scented candle?

Trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting the candle to minimize smoke. Allow the candle to burn long enough during the first use until the top layer is completely melted so that the wax can be evenly distributed. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials, and do not let the candle burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

Are the candles safe for use in small spaces?

Yes, thanks to the clean burning of the vegetable wax and the cotton wick. However, always follow the safety guidelines and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.
